The On My Own Human Resources Department is committed to providing superior services to current, former and prospective employees. The Human Resources Department develops processes that allow On My Own to recruit and retain the finest employees in the region and establishes programs that encompass the full range of employee services.

Jaime Zehner, HR Generalist
Jaime began her journey with On My Own in 2011 as an ILS/EPP Facilitator. She has worked in various departments and positions throughout her time with the company, including ILS/EPP Program Consultant, SLS Facilitator, ILS Program Assistant, and Employment Specialist. She joined the Human Resources Department in 2020, capitalizing on her in-depth knowledge of and experience with the company to better support the On My Own team. She is available to support employees with benefits administration, employee relations and performance management, leaves of absence, worker's compensation benefits, and recruitment. Jaime holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California. She continues to provide professional consultation and services to the company in various projects in her role as Program Consultant to help maintain the highest quality of services to clients and staff possible.
Dee Guerra, HR Coordinator
Dee began her HR career with On My Own in 2019 and happily so. Dee joined the team as a HR Assistant then moved up to HR Coordinator shortly thereafter. Dee coordinates and conducts the new hire onboarding process, a lot of paperwork but she loves it! She enjoys meeting and getting to know the new staff during this time. Dee is also one of On My Own's certified CPR/First Aid trainers. She maintains all employee files and credentials, eRSP login and assistance with passwords, eRSP and ADP entry along with DOJ Live Scan. Dee is a native Californian, born in Long Beach, raised in the Midwest, Springfield MO. but has called California home once again many years ago. Dee enjoys binge watching a good series on Netflix, cooking, and spending time with her kids and four grandkids when able.
