Fair Oaks Tree Lighting:

Celebrate the magic of the season at the beloved Tree Lighting event! Bring the whole family and enjoy an evening filled with heartwarming holiday cheer, including photos with Santa, community stage performances, children’s games and activities, hot cocoa, and more! The tree will be lit at 7:00 pm.

D1 Winter Wonderland:

It will be a white Christmas at North Natomas Regional Park. You won’t want to miss a day of free activities like free ice skating, games, holiday workshops, and an array of local vendors with amazing items that’d be perfect for holiday gifts. Make sure to stop by and see Santa while he’s in town!

Illumination Holiday Festival:

This free, family-friendly event is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season with festive food, live entertainment, cultural celebrations, and joyful surprises. Enjoy shopping in the Vendor Village, seasonal eats, photos with Santa, and fun for the kids, including games and synthetic ice skating. Don’t miss the Parade of Lights at 6 p.m., followed by a magical tree lighting and snowfall finale. Come celebrate community, culture, and holiday cheer—all in one unforgettable evening!

Theatre of Lights:

Theatre of Lights is a free, family-friendly performance retelling “Twas the Night Before Christmas” in a uniquely Sacramento way on the rooftops of the Old Sacramento Waterfront. Produced by Downtown Sacramento Partnership, the shows are on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays!

Downtown Holiday Celebration: Tree Grove:

Come visit the Tree Grove on the Square. Local businesses, organizations and schools have the opportunity to decorate trees in the Square. EL DORADO COUNTY

El Dorado Hills Christmas Tree Lighting:

It’s a magical night for the whole family.  Kicking off the evening festivities, the first 200 kids can play the ‘stuff your stocking’ game. Check out the Merchant Open House from 4 pm-8 pm, enjoy the live band from 4:30 pm-7:30 pm, winners of the caroling contest will perform at 6 pm, and then Santa arrives and the tree lighting takes place at 6:30 pm, signaling the official start of the magical holiday season!

2025 Cameron Park Santa Parade:

Get ready for twinkling lights, sirens of cheer, and a sleigh full of holiday magic as the Cameron Park Fire Department proudly presents the 2025 Annual Santa Parade! Santa rolls out from Station 89 at 5:00 PM sharp each night, making his merry way through Cameron Park neighborhoods.

Merriment on Main:

A festive evening full of cheer in Vacaville's downtown. Vendors will line Main Street offering sweets and goodies, and performers and crowd entertainers will captivate. The fifty-foot tree will be lit promptly at 6:30 PM.  Eventgoers will gather to experience the holiday extravaganza, featuring music, lights, and plenty of holiday spirit!

Chair Yoga:

Relax and unwind with Chair Yoga, a perfect way to de-stress and stretch out those muscles! Yoga is a fantastic way to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Learn breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques to improve relaxation, reduce stress, increase pain management, and sleep better.
