Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be practiced while sitting in a chair or standing and using the chair for support. This 50-minute virtual class combines focused breathing, meditation, and modified yoga movements to help reduce stress, increase range of motion, and develop strength and flexibility. Participants will not need to get on the floor.
First-time virtual participants must register to receive the program link. After registering, participants will receive an email each Monday containing the class link and an updated schedule.
